Logistics Carrier Service / Dispatch

The Logistics Carrier Service primary responsibility is to manage customer’s shipments via truck and exercise proper judgment with all details involved with the coordination of such. They are responsible for finding a Carrier that meets our company safety standards and satisfactory rating. Carrier Service oversees negotiating rates with qualified carriers and getting all drivers dispatched on our loads.

Carrier Service is accountable for providing GRAND CAHMPION Customer Service to all carriers, drivers, and customers. They will work closely with Customer Service by communicating daily to discuss shipment updates. Their main obligation is to verify all information on each load with Customer Service, carriers, & drivers including pricing, current loads & load information.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with strong negotiation skills who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. An ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and be detail-oriented with the ability to problem solve.

Customer Service - Account Representative

Customer Service’s primary responsibility is to manage customer’s shipments via truck and exercise proper judgment with all details involved with the coordination of such. They are accountable for providing GRAND CHAMPION Customer Service to all Customers. This includes booking and verifying all information on loads: pricing, shipping, receiving, load details, equipment needed, and anything pertinent to the load.

Customer Service needs to maintain professional relationships with existing customers as well as create new relationships with new customers to Brenny. The Customer Service Representative is also responsible for contacting all shippers and receivers on loads to verify hours and directions to facilities as well as updates on trucks whereabouts.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with strong negotiation skills. An ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and be detail-oriented with the ability to problem solve.

Specialized Return Load Coordinator

The Specialized Return Load Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to keep Brenny Specialized trucks loaded. Dealing with Brenny drivers, customer service and manage all details involved with coordination of such. These duties include verbally dispatching drivers to pick-up and delivery sites, giving directions, instructions, and securing all necessary information for dispatch. They work closely with drivers to ensure timely pickup and delivery, as well as try to improve on time pick up and delivery.

Another responsibility is calling customers and brokers to solicit freight when needed. When loads are booked, they need to key loads into our software program, and get hours and directions to both the shipper and receiver. The Specialized Return Load Coordinator is accountable for providing GRAND CHAMPION Customer Service to all brokers, drivers, and customers.

Business Service Specialist

The primary responsibility of the Business Services role is to manage all processes related to collections, invoicing, and maintaining accurate records for carriers, customers, and brokers. This position plays a critical part in handling various administrative tasks, such as processing insurance certificates, credit applications, set-up packets, and verifying safety records for carriers and brokers to ensure compliance and accuracy.

The Business Services Specialist is accountable for delivering GRAND CHAMPION customer service to all customers, carriers, brokers, and vendors, ensuring that all interactions reflect Brenny Transportation’s high standards. Additional tasks include answering and directing phone calls and voicemails, data entry, managing incoming and outgoing mail, making bank runs, and assisting customers at the front door.

We are looking for a dedicated individual who can prioritize tasks, work independently, and thrive in a team environment. An ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, be highly detail-oriented, and possess the ability to adapt and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. This role is vital in helping the company achieve and maintain its goals while providing outstanding service.

Business Development Specialist

The Business Development Specialist is primarily responsible for outside sales by prospecting, qualifying, securing and closing the deal with potential customers utilizing a new or existing book of business.  These duties will constitute approximately 80% of the work week which may require some overnight travel to attend and host tra.  The remaining 20% of the work week will consist of providing Grand Champion Customer Service via phone calls to build relationships with current customers. 

Business Development Representative will need to work closely with Customer Service and sales team members.  They need to provide champion communication by meeting via phone or in person weekly to discuss goal setting and revenue strategies.  They work closely with our Business Service team to secure credit information on current and new customers.  The Business Development Representative is responsible for maintaining and tracking customer historical sales records.
