Star Tribune names Brenny a 2018 Top Workplace

St. Joseph, MN—Brenny Transportation, Inc. has been named one of the Top 150 Workplaces in Minnesota by the Star Tribune. A complete list of those selected is available at StarTribune.com/topworkplaces2018 and is also published in the Star Tribune Top Workplaces special section for Sunday, June 24.

Produced by the same team that compiles the 27-year-old Star Tribune 100 report of the best-performing public companies in Minnesota, Top Workplaces recognizes the most progressive companies in Minnesota based on employee opinions measuring engagement, organizational health and satisfaction. The analysis included responses from over 71,000 employees at Minnesota public, private and nonprofit organizations.

The rankings in the Star Tribune Top 150 Workplaces are based on survey information collected by Energage, formerly WorkplaceDynamics, an independent company specializing in employee engagement and retention.

Star Tribune Publisher Michael J. Klingensmith said, “The companies in the Star Tribune Top 150 Workplaces deserve high praise for creating the very best work environments in the state of Minnesota. My congratulations to each of these exceptional companies.”

To qualify for the Star Tribune Top Workplaces, a company must have more than 50 employees in Minnesota. Over 2,400 companies were invited to participate. Rankings were composite scores calculated purely on the basis of employee responses.

“What a true honor it is to receive the Top Workplace Award!  Receiving such an award happens by making sure we put our team first.  It is completely about the team and making sure they are taken care of professionally and personally.  Thank you to the team for giving us feedback so we can continue to be the best for you!” says Bonnie Supan, General Manager.

Brenny Transportation, Inc. was ranked 18th on the small company list.  Brenny Transportation, Inc. has been listed in the Top Workplaces six times in the last seven years.

Brenny Transportation, Inc. began in 1996 with the goal to be different; providing the transportation industry with Grand Champion Customer Service in an honest and ethical manner. This company was built on the foundation of giving your all and having a Grand Champion attitude—but most importantly, it was built on the notion to never give up. Brenny has thrived in the years since and has welcomed many new additions to the Brenny team—both individuals and trucks.

“This recognition means the most of any awards we have received, as it is decided based on team member comments. One team, one dream! We are proud!” – Joyce Brenny.
